Yes. After your training session or game, Playertek team allows you to compare a number of metrics, and your positional heat maps, with 1000s of the top professionals around the world.
To sync your Playertek team’s session, you need to make sure your computer is connected to the internet, and each pod has been connected to your computer using the provided USB cable.
No. You can access Playertek Team through any web browser. However, there is an optional accommpanying iPhone Teamapp as well
Unfortunately the app is only available for iOS on iPhones at the moment.
Playertek Team offers additional metrics, reporting and squad management features, to help evaluate player performance.
Playertek Team can be used to measure and track any outdoor sport, and it is customized for team sports. If you coach multiple sports, you can upload all your training sessions to the Playertek Team database and monitor your team’s total workload.
Ensure that you are turning the unit on at least 10 minutes before your activity. It is also important that you are in a clear and open area to allow the unit to pick up GPS signals. GPS connection is indicated by two flashing green lights on the unit. If you are still not able to solve the issue, please contact email@example.com.
The Playertek pod takes about 1.5 hours to charge. Full charge is indicated when the red middle light turns solid green. It then has over 6 hours of battery life.
If you are having issues with one of your pods, please contact us. If we cannot help you solve your issue, we will send a replacement pod, provided that the pod was not damaged by the user.

If you have forgotten your password to your playertek account, please click on forgot my password on the web login page and type in your email that you use to login. The Playertek pod is water resistant, however, it should not be submerged in water, as this could break it and void your warranty.
All of your data is stored on our secure cloud based platform. Your data is backed up and only you have access to it through the web platform.
