After receiving your order, you have the right to return the product within 30 days and get a full refund, provided that the order has not been damaged. The unit has a 12 month warranty, offering peace of mind. Damage caused by the user, or submersion in water, are not covered.
Ensure that you are turning the unit on at least 10 minutes before your activity. It is also important that you are in a clear and open area to allow the unit to pick up GPS signals. The Playertek pod takes about 1.5 hours to charge. Full charge is indicated when the red middle light turns solid green. It then has over 6 hours of battery life.
If you are having issues with your pod, please contact us. If we cannot help you solve your issue, we will send a replacement pod, provided that the pod was not damaged by the user.

The Playertek pod is water resistant, however, it should not be submerged in water, as this could break it and void your warranty.
